An accurate design ensures product delivery times in line with Customer requirements.
For this reason, during the design phase, the R&D and Purchase departments cooperate closely in order to select the components according to availability and performance/cost ratio. This ensures a two-fold benefit: faster product delivery time and limited final cost.
Production uses a bar-code labelling system, which allows tracing every single product and managing all the activities related to the production progress control.
This allows acquiring timely information on the work progress, so as to keep the production and processes situation constantly updated and allow for immediate and decisive solutions in case of delay.
