i-Vision

i-Vision is an advanced professional organizer designed to be installed inside the truck or self-propelled mixer wagon cabins. Equipped with a powerful software, 5.7" TFT colour display and Jog Dial, it has been designed to have complete and intuitive functions.
 
Its distinguishing technology that makes it so simple to use is based on a powerful ARM9 processor managed by an Embedded Linux operating system. This allows the application to receive, manage and process weighing data provided by the i-Weight device and communicate with the vehicle devices through a CAN network with SAE J1939 protocol.
 
i-Weight is a weight transmitter that holds the functions of an ARM7 microprocessor and a new 24-Bit Sigma-Delta A/D converter housed inside an aluminium Case with an IP65 degree of protection. Equipped with a ''dovetail'' fixing system, it is mounted outside the truck or self-propelled mixing wagon.

• 5.7" Sharp TFT colour display with LED backlighting for optimal visibility even in the event of direct sunlight exposure or in poorly lit environments.

• Reload Function, at the end of the Loads, allows dosing the remaining parts of the Ingredients/Clean-Ups that have not been fully loaded.
• Daily Recipe Function to programme the Rations of the entire day in a single solution.
• Possibility of programming the Mixing Time and Manual Additions within the Recipe to optimise food preparation.
• Possibility of carrying out a Recipe without following Ingredient and Group programming order.
• Tolerance Function to check that Feeding is carried out within the required limits.
• Power-Fail Function allows resuming the Recipe from where it has been interrupted, after a power outage.
