Series of microprocessor weighing indicators consisting of 3 products.


EXEL 708, the simplest of the range, is a microprocessor weighing indicator with four programmable thresholds, in addition to Minimum and Maximum. It can be interfaced to both load cells and encoders; the two RS232C or RS485 serial lines and the analogue outputs make it ideal for interfacing with PLC or PC.

EXEL 714, weighing indicator that manages an entire weighing cycle with maximum 8 Components; it is ideal for automating medium and large industrial weighing and dosing systems.

EXEL 721, weighing indicator that manages an entire weighing cycle with maximum 10 Components and 30 Recipes; it is ideal for automating medium and large industrial weighing and dosing systems.

  • Programming and controlling the Minimum, Maximum and Mixing Thresholds, Zero Scale Time, Maximum Load and Unload Times, Recipe repetition number, Tolerance and Delay Time.
  • Two-speed dosing (bleed), with single contact with electronic timer or double contact.
  • Weighing with Delay compensation control in manual or automatic mode.
  • Possibility of carrying out manual dosing by selecting the Component for dosing from the keyboard.
  • Component Consumption Management.
  • Possibility of receiving an external pause command between Components.
  • Possibility of carrying out a Manual Adding through an external command.

 

EXEL 721 Functions
