HVC Configuration Tool

Software that allows the Multi-Purpose Keyboards to be programmed for the remote control of electro-hydraulic systems.

It allows up to 30 different Programmes to be defined, each of which establishes the operating characteristics of each key on the Keyboard, establishing the relation between keystrokes and solenoid valve excitement.

The Programmes are transmitted to the Power module of the Keyboard through the Label RS232C/RS485 Converter.

  • Simple and intuitive graphical interface.
  • Possibility of importing stored Programmes in the Power module.
  • Possibility of copying a previously saved programme.
  • Astable, Bistable and Timed Functions.
  • Select which type of Proportional Valve to use (Proportional or Static).
  • Acceptance (or refusal) of the simultaneous keystroke when the key is pressed (Contemporary).
  • Automatic Enabling/Disabling of the active outputs when the key is pressed (Outputs disable).
  • Programming a Delay time for output activation.
  • Saving the Configuration in a file (.cid) where it can be easily read, viewed or modified.
  • Printing the saved Programmes.
  • Possibility of customising the print header.

Minimum System Requirements

  • Windows XP.
  • CPU: Intel Pentium III or higher.
  • 10MB of free space on Hard Disk.
  • CD player.
  • SVGA Monitor with resolution of 800x600 or higher.
  • RS232C sensor port.
  • Label RS232C/RS485 Converter (supplied with the software).
